| Q: | What’s required to run Censeo’s products? |
| A: | All that’s required is Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (5.5+) and a connection to the Internet (no software to install, and no ActiveX or Java Applets have to be downloaded). Viewing feedback reports requires Adobe’s Acrobat Reader (available free at http://www.adobe.com). In most cases, users already have this tool on their desktop. |

| Q: | Can we install the software on our intranet behind our firewall? |
| A: | Censeo’s products are 100% hosted by Censeo at our state-of-the-art hosting facility, relieving clients of the costs and burden of managing technology resources. Our clients appreciate the turn-key nature of our offerings, and the ease with which our products go live. |

| Q: | What connection speed is needed. Is broadband required? |
| A: | Censeo’s products have been optimized to work efficiently on standard dial-up lines (56K). For those clients who have complex graphics or audio / video streaming requirements, we work with them to test and optimize the delivery over the connection speed in use. |

| Q: | Does Censeo use cookies? |
| A: | Censeo’s products make use of “session cookies.” These memory resident cookies are never written to your hard drive and are gone once you close your browser. Session cookies allow you to maintain a stateless connection to our service – a key feature of our architecture, which results in very fast performance. |

| Q: | Does Censeo own the data, or does the client? |
| A: | Our client’s data is their proprietary information and will never be disclosed to any outside party. If a client makes use of one of Censeo’s established products (e.g. Censeo’s Managerial Leadership 360 Survey), we may utilize aggregate data for creation / maintenance of norms. |

| Q: | Where are Censeo’s servers hosted? |
| A: | Censeo’s stringent requirements for a truly redundant data center and network are best met by utilizing what is called a collocation facility. This provides Censeo with a multimillion dollar infrastructure complete with all the redundancies needed (power, cooling, networking, etc.) to maintain uninterrupted operations. Our clients also benefit from the dedicated network operations staffing and heightened security that only this type of facility could offer. |

| Q: | We’ve had problems in the past with ASPs not being able to handle the volume. How does Censeo deal with this issue? |
| A: | Censeo’s architecture differs from many competitors in that ours is based on a web farm of HTTP and database servers. Dedicated (and redundant) load balancing hardware directs incoming requests to those servers that are least busy. Utilizing stress testing software, we periodically load the system with over 6,000 concurrent transactions to make sure that there is no degradation in performance. Other vendors might use a single dedicated server to service multiple customers, and this opens the door to more failures, inconsistent performance, and lack of data security. |

| Q: | Our company has pretty rigid network security policies. How flexible is Censeo? |
| A: | Many of our clients have very strict security policies, but we’ve never encountered a situation where our systems couldn’t be implemented. In some cases, we might need to work with a network administrator to add our domain as a trusted site, but that’s very easy. Our technology team is ready to assist in any way necessary. |
