Censeo Invited to Discuss 360-Degree Feedback
at ASTD Annual Conference
Censeo to address the common pitfalls
of 360-degree feedback and how to avoid them.
May 5, 2006
DALLAS, TX – Censeo Corporation will participate
as a presenter at the American Society for Training &
Development (ASTD) 2006 International Conference & Exposition
to be held May 8-10 in Dallas, Texas. Censeo Vice President/Co-founder
Jim Higgins will address “The 7 Most Common Pitfalls
of 360 Feedback – and How You can Avoid Them” on Monday,
May 8 at the ROI Network Reception from 5:30-7:00 p.m. The
event is part of ASTD’s ROI “Conference-Within-a-Conference,” which is an intense and focused conference track dealing with
issues of training evaluation.
Mr. Higgins will discuss the most common missteps that companies
make when implementing a 360 feedback process – the key issues
that prevent organizations from fully capitalizing on the
power of multi-rater feedback. Practical best practices will
be shared to help avoid these pitfalls in order to maximize
the value of multi-rater campaigns.
“Millions are spent each year on the delivery of 360-degree
feedback. But by Censeo’s estimates, few organizations successfully
and consistently execute throughout the entire process - from
survey development through ongoing development and coaching,” commented Mr. Higgins. “We’re happy to share our ‘hands-on’ experience with the ASTD conference attendees.”
Censeo will also be exhibiting at ASTD 2006 and can be found
in booth #1141 on the show floor.
