Censeo, The DeGarmo Group, and
Employment Technologies collaborate on “best
practices” staffing in call centers
March 2001
MAITLAND, FL – Censeo Corporation of Maitland,
Florida has coordinated the implementation of a “best
practices” staffing model for a large US financial institution
to increase the quality of applicants hired for customer service
and sales representative positions. Integral to the best practices
model are employment tests offered by Employment Technologies
Corporation (ETC), of Altamonte Springs, FL, and The DeGarmo
Group, Inc., of Bloomington, IL. The Call Center Simulation,
offered by ETC is being used in collaboration with The DeGarmo
Group’s CCFIweb system to identify those job applicants
who are both (a) who are likely to meet or exceed job performance
expectations as customer service or sales representatives,
and (b) likely to remain employed for a significant period
of time.
“The best practices implementation allows several
groups of professionals to cooperatively model the most effective
selection strategy for the client” reports Anthony Adorno
of The DeGarmo Group. “It has been great working
with the groups at ETC and Censeo, and we hope that we can
extend our collaborative efforts to include additional projects
with new clients.”
