Censeo’s Online 360 Now Provides
Development Options
June 2002
MAITLAND, FL – Censeo Corporation, a human
resource consulting firm specializing in internet-based employee
assessment solutions, today announced the release of Version
3.0 of their Online 360 Platform™. Leading the enhancements
in this new release is the ability for companies to integrate
specific, targeted developmental items (e.g., on-the-job tips,
books, training programs) into individual feedback reports,
giving survey participants a “jump start” on personal
developmental planning.
According to Carla Higgins, VP of Product Development for Censeo, the new enhancements “present
significant opportunities for organizations to help employees create a more meaningful and practical way
to develop their skills. In designing this feature, we’ve built the flexibility for companies to utilize their
own content and/or content that Censeo will provide.” Another feature unique to Censeo’s new feedback
report is the ability to integrate “live,” clickable links to the various resources, whether they exist on a
company’s Intranet or via a third party e-Learning provider.
With Censeo’s ongoing goal of making the 360-survey process as simple as possible for an organization,
another new option in Version 3.0 allows survey participants to monitor the progress of their survey in
real-time. Higgins adds, “In a previous release, we added the ability for the company administrator to
monitor the progress of the entire campaign. Now, we offer this functionality to managers participating in
the process.”
Censeo offers both customized surveys
and cost effective “established” 360
surveys. With customized surveys,
clients can use their own
competencies and items; they can also
tailor the screens and reports to meet
their specific needs. With Censeo’s
established 360 surveys, clients can
pick an appropriate survey from
Censeo’s library and begin the process
immediately.
