Trend Analysis Now Available for Censeo’s
360-Feedback Clients
Censeo’s comprehensive reports examine
changes between past and current 360 surveys.

MAITLAND, FL – Censeo Corporation is pleased
to announce that their Online 360-Degree Feedback Platform
now features trend analysis reporting. This expanded functionality
provides survey participants with trend information, showing
specific behavioral changes between past and current surveys.
Specifically, the new metrics help individuals and organizations
better understand how a participant's behavior and skills
changed (either positively or negatively) over a defined period
of time. Survey reports reflect overall trend results, item
change results, and the largest positive and negative changes.
Examining trends helps participants and their managers determine
whether changes made in response to previous surveys were
on target. Were new initiatives and training programs successful? Has the participant followed-through with his/her developmental
planning goals? Could participants do anything different
in the future to make additional improvements?

assessment, trend analysis allows for an ongoing and accurate
